Job Description:

Exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join a dynamic team in Coventry on a Fixed Term Contract. This role involves providing professional and confidential support to the Headteacher while ensuring the smooth operation of the Headteacher's office and daily business.

Job Responsibility:

Provide high-level personal and administrative support to the Headteacher
Assist in the effective management of the Headteacher's office and daily operations
Foster productive relationships with the Leadership Team, Governors, staff, stakeholders, and colleagues

Requirements:

Team Player: Experience of working successfully within a team environment
Relationship Builder: Ability to develop productive relationships across various levels in the organisation
Support Experience: Proven experience providing personal and administrative support
Professionalism: Ability to establish and maintain excellent professional relationships with the Headteacher, Leadership Team, Governors, and school staff
Time Management: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage your workload effectively to meet deadlines
