Exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join a dynamic team in Coventry on a Fixed Term Contract. This role involves providing professional and confidential support to the Headteacher while ensuring the smooth operation of the Headteacher's office and daily business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide high-level personal and administrative support to the Headteacher
  • Assist in the effective management of the Headteacher's office and daily operations
  • Foster productive relationships with the Leadership Team, Governors, staff, stakeholders, and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Team Player: Experience of working successfully within a team environment
  • Relationship Builder: Ability to develop productive relationships across various levels in the organisation
  • Support Experience: Proven experience providing personal and administrative support
  • Professionalism: Ability to establish and maintain excellent professional relationships with the Headteacher, Leadership Team, Governors, and school staff
