We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant to one of our esteemed Movie Directors. As the Personal Assistant to one of our Film Directors, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our director's busy schedule and creative projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing the director's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments to optimize efficiency and productivity
  • Anticipating and resolving logistical challenges to ensure seamless production processes and project execution
  • Being assertive and persuasive in communicating the director's needs and vision to various stakeholders, and not accepting "no" as an answer when obstacles arise
  • Conducting thorough research on industry trends, potential collaborators, and creative inspiration to support the director's vision and project development
  • Collaborating with the director to brainstorm ideas, provide input, and contribute innovative solutions to creative challenges

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role within the entertainment industry is preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
  • Assertive communication skills and the ability to advocate for the director's needs assertively
  • Proficiency in conducting thorough research and synthesizing information from various sources
  • Have a genuine interest in the creative industries, particularly film, television, and digital media
  • Creativity, flexibility, and an open-minded approach to collaborating on diverse creative projects
  • English and French languages are mandatory
  • fluency in German is a plus
