To ensure the smooth running of the office and contribute to the successful running of the Company. Office Angels has teamed up with their client to on board a Personal Assistant to support the Chief of Staff.

Requirements

  • Experience working within a PA role for up to 3 years+ is essential
  • Proficient in IT software's such as Microsoft Office Packages
  • SharePoint experience is an advantage

  • Ensure all correspondences are transcribed and proofread in an accurate and timely manner

  • Take and prepare minutes as required at meetings ie Monthly Clinical Nurse Managers meeting and Nursing Executive and others as required
