As a Personal Assistant Manager, you will provide high‑level administrative and organizational support to senior leadership, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective time management. You will play a key role in coordinating communications, managing schedules, and maintaining confidentiality while supporting business priorities with professionalism and efficiency.
Job Responsibility
Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings for senior leadership
Handle correspondence, emails, and communication on behalf of the executive
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials as required
Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and filing systems
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders professionally
Ensure all tasks are handled with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
Support special projects and administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative tools
Proactive mindset with strong problem‑solving skills
Fluency in English is required
