Job Description

As a Personal Assistant Manager, you will provide high‑level administrative and organizational support to senior leadership, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective time management. You will play a key role in coordinating communications, managing schedules, and maintaining confidentiality while supporting business priorities with professionalism and efficiency.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings for senior leadership
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and communication on behalf of the executive
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials as required
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and filing systems
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders professionally
  • Ensure all tasks are handled with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Support special projects and administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative tools
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem‑solving skills
  • Fluency in English is required
