Job Description

The leading local alternative network for Full Fibre broadband in the South East, where the existing broadband network is. The broadband network has the ability to supply everyone with multi Gigabits with uploads as well as download. A community orientated network operator, whose aim is to significantly upgrade local regions broadband infrastructures. As the Senior Permitting Officer, you will report into the Construction Manager and will also work as support to the Programme and Delivery team to provide administration support.

Job Responsibility

  • Preparation of permits ready for submission
  • Updating Street works permits liaising with Highway Authorities
  • Submitting Traffic management applications
  • Tracking and updating any potential Defects / FPNs / S74’s
  • Receiving and processing live work starts and stops
  • Running daily permit reports to action

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Knowledge of Symology and Street Manager - preferred
  • An excellent communicator
  • Excellent time management skills
