Job Responsibility:
Liaise with internal departments to formulate a design solution compliant with company variation policy, and council and developer guidelines
Liaise with internal departments & town planners to assess design issues in seeking council approval
Work proactively with internal departments and customers through design issues
Requirements:
Previous administration experience or strong interest in construction/property
High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
A proactive, reliable, and team-focused approach
Willingness to learn council requirements and approval processes
