Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Permits Administrator to join our team in Black Diamond, Washington. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth administrative operations while supporting various departments and maintaining customer satisfaction. This is a Contract position with the potential for long-term growth within the construction industry.

Job Responsibility:

  • Secure permits from government agencies and deliver physical copies to dispatch
  • Keep accurate and organized records of permits
  • Schedule and call in inspections as requested by field staff
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Billing department, including setting up jobs, processing information, and maintaining files
  • Handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment to support daily operations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or customer success role is preferred
  • Proficiency in construction billing software such as SupplyPro, Buildertrend, or Buildtopia is desirable
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills to manage high-volume workflows
  • Strong communication abilities to interact professionally with customers and colleagues
  • High typing speed and accuracy for efficient data entry
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and sometimes noisy office environment
  • Regular on-site attendance is required
