Job Responsibility
Manage the permit-to-work process to ensure contractor compliance and safety standards
Collaborate with Project Managers and Health & Safety teams to review permits and verify documentation
Maintain accurate records of permits, approvals, and contractor documentation
Act as the main point of contact for contractor access and permit queries
Support the supervision of permit administration activities and monitor compliance
Requirements
Strong administrative and coordination skills with a keen attention to detail
Excellent communication skills for engaging with contractors and stakeholders
Experience in facilities management, construction, or regulated environments
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
