Requirements
Sales: A passion for winning, consistently beating the competition and delivering an excellent customer and candidate experience
Talent Acquisition: Identify and engage with candidates within your specialist market through our CRM, job boards, social media, networking events and industry-specific channels
Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience and cultural fit in relation to the role
Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs, providing guidance on best hiring practices and market trends
Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across a variety of sectors
Employer Branding: Promote Outsource UK as an employer of choice through social media, industry events, and community engagement
Data-Driven Decisions: Utilise data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and continuously improve the hiring process
Experience: Mid to senior-level recruiter with experience consistently filling Permanent roles across a variety of sectors whilst also possessing the ability to be client-facing
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders
Proactive Approach: Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for finding and securing top talent
