Peripatetic Manager- Supported Living. We're looking for a Peripatetic Manager who brings more than just experience- someone who leads with integrity, humility, and a deep understanding of what outstanding care truly looks like. You'll be overseeing and supporting residential homes predominantly across the Merseyside area.

You will be more than a manager. You will be a leader, an advocate, and a driving force for positive change. Your role is vital in shaping lives of both the people in our care and the team around you.
Requirements:
Provide leadership and management to a team of Registered Managers in our Supported Living settings
Oversee the delivery of high-quality care services to clients
Support the Registered Managers with care planning
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care services through auditing and make necessary adjustments
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
Manage budgets and financial resources effectively
Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care for clients
Provide guidance and support to Registered Managers and staff in areas such as medication administration, documentation and compliance with legislation and CQC regulations
Be the acting Manager for a home, for a period of time, in the absence of a Registered Manager and carry out the complete duties of a Registered Manager
Must be able to Register with CQC and hold a Level 5 Qualification
