As a Peripatetic Chef, you’ll travel across our care homes, supporting teams to deliver nutritious, high-quality meals that make residents feel valued and cared for. Every day is different – you’ll plan menus, cater for specialist diets, and lead teams to uphold the highest standards in food safety and hospitality.

Requirements:

  • SVQ level 2 or above/equivalent in Professional Cookery
  • Food Safety/Hygiene Qualification at Level 3/Intermediate or above
  • Experience in kitchen management including COSHH and HACCP policies
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience professional cooking (Care Home setting preferred)
  • Full driving license with your own vehicle is essential
