We are looking for a Care Manager to support our complex care services in Redhill, Horley and Reigate. You will be highly experienced in supporting people who have complex care packages which include learning disability and challenging needs. You will need to have a passion for empowering people to lead an aspiring life. You will need to be kind, patient, resilient, compassionate and believe strongly in great leadership. The role can be tough, but the rewards outweigh this. You will need to be adaptable, flexible, and be able to lead staff to support our people to gain back their independence through empowerment, active support, positive risk-taking and out of the box thinking. This role includes attending monthly management meetings in Reigate, being part of an on-call rota and actively participating in ongoing learning and development.
