As a Periodontist at a Heartland Dental supported office, you will be a leader in your office―managing the dental office team, mediating any conflicts that arise and promoting a positive and team-oriented work-oriented work environment where high-quality patient care is top priority. A Heartland Dental supported office is seeking a self-motivated Periodontist to provide high-quality lifetime patient care in a fast-paced and well-established affiliated office.
Job Responsibility:
Managing the dental office team, mediating any conflicts that arise and promoting a positive and team-oriented work environment where high-quality patient care is top priority
Treat patients who have gum disease and other issues in the gums and bones surrounding the jaw
Placing implants, developing treatment plans and providing preventative care
Requirements:
DMD or DDS degree, completion of postdoctoral periodontal program
Current dental license in state of hire and American Board of Periodontology certification
Ability to travel overnight to training sessions once a month during your first year of employment
Minimum 2 years clinical experience a plus, but not required
Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment
Nice to have:
Minimum 2 years clinical experience a plus, but not required
