We are seeking a skilled performance testing architect to lead the design and evolution of scalable testing frameworks aligned with enterprise goals and telecom technology stacks. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in automation, performance validation, and continuous integration practices, who are passionate about driving quality assurance excellence across complex systems.
Job Responsibility:
Define and evolve performance testing architecture in alignment with enterprise objectives and telecom platforms
Establish scalable, reusable test frameworks and strategies to support QA functions
Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or similar
Utilise automation and performance validation tools including JMeter, LoadRunner, Playwright, and Rest Assured
Analyse performance test results using APM tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic) and system logs to identify bottlenecks
Develop reusable performance test assets and automation scripts
Leverage observability stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK for real-time performance monitoring
Ensure compliance with industry standards including TMMi Level 3, GDPR, SOX, and ISO27001
Lead and mentor QA engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote knowledge sharing through communities of practice
Requirements:
Performance testing expert with hands-on experience in telecom environments
