Job Description

We are seeking a skilled performance testing architect to lead the design and evolution of scalable testing frameworks aligned with enterprise goals and telecom technology stacks. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in automation, performance validation, and continuous integration practices, who are passionate about driving quality assurance excellence across complex systems.

Job Responsibility

  • Define and evolve performance testing architecture in alignment with enterprise objectives and telecom platforms
  • Establish scalable, reusable test frameworks and strategies to support QA functions
  • Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or similar
  • Utilise automation and performance validation tools including JMeter, LoadRunner, Playwright, and Rest Assured
  • Analyse performance test results using APM tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic) and system logs to identify bottlenecks
  • Develop reusable performance test assets and automation scripts
  • Leverage observability stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK for real-time performance monitoring
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards including TMMi Level 3, GDPR, SOX, and ISO27001
  • Lead and mentor QA engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote knowledge sharing through communities of practice
