Job Responsibility:

Lead automation testing strategy, framework design, and implementation across diverse domains including Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Transportation, and Retail
Analyze, gather, and document test requirements
translate them into robust automation solutions
Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts using UFT, Tosca, Selenium, and related tools
Manage Tosca Server, Tosca Commander, DEX, and Execution Agents for distributed execution
Conduct automation for SAP applications (GUI, Fiori, UI5, NWBC, S/4 HANA) and Salesforce
Perform end-to-end automation for enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, SCM, EWM, Finance, Mobile, APIs)
Drive automation for migration projects (Legacy to SAP, Salesforce integration, Railroad systems like TMDS, BOS, iETMS)
Collaborate with stakeholders, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure CI/CD integration using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and related tools
Mentor and train teams on automation methodologies, frameworks, and tools
Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Document technical designs, automation workflows, and best practices using ALM, Jira, Confluence, and related tools

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Computer Applications (MCA) or related field
20+ years of experience in Test Automation, QA Management, and Automation Architecture
ISTQB Certified, HP QTP/QC Certified, Tricentis Tosca Certified (Product Consultant, SAP Testing Specialist, Automation Specialist)
Proven ability to lead automation teams (onsite & offshore) and deliver large-scale automation solutions
Strong expertise in automation frameworks for Web, Mobile, SAP, Salesforce, and API testing
Experienced in handling automation for enterprise-scale migration and integration projects
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and stakeholder communication skills
Recognized with multiple awards (Spot, Mountain Mover, Client Recognitions) for high-quality delivery
