Job Responsibility:

Preparation of scripts using JMeter, Gatling
Developing performance test scenarios, test execution, analyzing results and providing recommendations
Creating Sizing document
Developing performance testing strategy and define performance/scalability metrics
Work with developers, product owners, and operations teams to create Load testing scenarios
Analyzing JVM performance problems related to garbage collection & memory leaks
Design and implement a performance/reliability methodology
Publish and perform the Load/Stress tests and certify the release of web applications for various performance levels
Performance testing on Cloud environment, Load Balancer, Load testing of Web services, Server Sizing
Adhere to set internal controls

Requirements:

6+ years of experience in Performance Testing
Preparation of scripts using JMeter, Gatling and desirable to have exposure to other Load testing tools
Strong knowledge developing performance test scenarios, test execution, analyzing results and providing recommendations
Proficient in different types of performance testing (Stress, Volume, Load, etc.)
Proficiency with performance Testing tools involving JMeter, Gatling
Experience working with APM tools such as Elastic Search APM, Grafana, Datadog
Strong expertise in Performance Test frameworks and implementation processes
Must have experience in creating Sizing document
Should have experience testing in Cloud environment preferably AWS
Must have experience in developing performance testing strategy and define performance/scalability metrics
Work with developers, product owners, and operations teams to create Load testing scenarios
Should have experience in analyzing JVM performance problems related to garbage collection & memory leaks
Design and implement a performance/reliability methodology
Publish and perform the Load/Stress tests and certify the release of web applications for various performance levels
Proficient in Performance testing on Cloud environment, Load Balancer, Load testing of Web services, Server Sizing
Responsibility to adhere to set internal controls
Bachelor’s or MS degree in Computer Science and Engineering or equivalent experience
Experience: 2 -3 Years

Nice to have:

Salesforce Knowledge is good to have
Java or Python or Shell scripting (good to have)
