As a Performance Technical Program Manager II in the team, you will collaborate across the organization to optimize performance of Bing search and other related products. Your emphasis will be to drive continuous improvements to performance metrics, through a combination of data analysis, feature improvements, and leveraging relationships to achieve shared goals. This position has high visibility with executives and requires strong communication skills. Job Responsibility

  • Analyze experience performance using internal tools to isolate problems and opportunities
  • Work with Software Engineering to drive enhancements to tools that enable engineers across the organization to manage and improve the performance of their services
  • Identify risks and propose data-based mitigations
  • Define success criteria as you collaborate with others to implement features for cross-functional projects
  • Coordinate and ensure alignment across teams
  • With minimal supervision, help deliver on roadmap for feature groups, track project schedules, develop staging and implementation, and stay updated with governance programs
  • Report progress against goals across the organization and represent the team to organizational leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience
  • 1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects

Nice to have

  • Experience in online services performance analysis
  • 4+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
  • 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos)
