As a Performance Technical Program Manager II in the team, you will collaborate across the organization to optimize performance of Bing search and other related products. Job Responsibility:

  • Analyze experience performance using internal tools to isolate problems and opportunities
  • Work with Software Engineering to drive enhancements to tools that enable engineers across the organization to manage and improve the performance of their services
  • Identify risks and propose data-based mitigations
  • Define success criteria as you collaborate with others to implement features for cross-functional projects
  • Coordinate and ensure alignment across teams
  • With minimal supervision, help deliver on roadmap for feature groups, track project schedules, develop staging and implementation, and stay updated with governance programs
  • Report progress against goals across the organization and represent the team to organizational leadership

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience
  • 1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects

Nice to have:

  • Experience in online services performance analysis
  • 4+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
  • 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos)
  • Demonstrated ability to think about customer and business problems and work through ambiguity and team boundaries to achieve results
