Permanent, hybrid opportunity, based in Sydney or Brisbane. As our Performance & Reward Analyst, take on analytical and operational support to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of remuneration cycles and reward outcomes across the Woolworths Group. Play a key role in maintaining data integrity and compliance, assisting with salary modelling and governance activities to ensure our processes remain audit-ready and efficient.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the end-to-end execution of annual remuneration cycles, including system preparation, data inputs, quality checks, and documentation
  • Contribute to benchmarking, pay equity analysis, and award-covered salary setting by maintaining frameworks and producing accurate data models
  • Apply strong quality control and documentation standards to all operational activities, ensuring high levels of data accuracy through exception reporting and checks, ensuring all documentation and approvals meet established audit and legislative standards
  • Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and reduce manual effort, supporting automation initiatives and the enhancement of P&R templates and tools
  • Support award-covered salary setting by assisting with modeling and maintaining compliance frameworks, ensuring alignment with Modern Award structures and allowances
  • Maintain up-to-date reference materials, process guides, and documentation to mitigate operational risk and support a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • 1–2yrs of experience in remuneration, compensation, or a highly analytical HR discipline, ideally with exposure to supporting remuneration review cycles
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel or Google Sheets, managing complex formulas and maintaining high levels of accuracy for pay-impacting calculations
  • Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Mercer or Korn Ferry Hay) and experience navigating HRIS platforms like SuccessFactors, including UAT activities
  • Solid understanding of Modern Award structures and penalty rates including preparing audit evidence and compliance reports, or capacity to learn this
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines while identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement
