You will work closely with senior leadership and Heads of Service across the trust and wider system to ensure efficient and standardised automation support.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure the delivery of key performance indicators for the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team
  • Use multiple IT systems to analyse and interpret complex data
  • Deliver analysis reports
  • Provide complex or sensitive information to various audiences
  • Maintain high standards and quality within the RPA team
  • Monitor access and waiting times targets daily
  • Assist in developing IT systems to identify and validate long waiters
