Job Responsibility
Ensure the delivery of key performance indicators for the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team
Use multiple IT systems to analyse and interpret complex data
Deliver analysis reports
Provide complex or sensitive information to various audiences
Maintain high standards and quality within the RPA team
Monitor access and waiting times targets daily
Assist in developing IT systems to identify and validate long waiters
Requirements
Master's degree or equivalent training and experience
Evidence of management development
Evidence of CPD
Track record of participating and achieving significant changes
