Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Performance Officer to join their dynamic team on a temporary contract basis in Hounslow. Job Responsibility:

  • Analysing and reporting on KPIs through the management of Confirm Dashboards
  • Supporting the Business Manager in effectively managing departmental performance issues
  • Implementing and maintaining monitoring systems for performance targets
  • Assisting in the development of performance strategies to drive continuous improvement
  • Managing non-compliance information and facilitating Paymech meetings
  • Compiling and submitting Monthly Monitoring Reports and Annual Service Reports
  • Communicating performance-related issues through presentations and reports
  • Coordinating the Internal Audit Plan and ensuring timely audits
  • Conducting root cause analysis and supporting corrective action plans
  • Compiling Health and Safety statistics and exposure hours

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • A commitment to fostering a positive team environment and supporting company values
