Job Description

The BU Performance & NRM Business Partner plays a critical role in steering BU performance across the full P&L—from topline to bottom line. The role drives profitable growth by analyzing the full suite of NRM levers and transforming data into clear, actionable recommendations for the business. The role supports strategic and operational decision-making and ensures strong financial focus across the unit.

Job Responsibility

  • Partner closely with the BU Leader on financial decision‑making, full P&L ownership, and delivery of GM and bottom-line targets
  • Provide end‑to‑end financial recommendations to support short‑ and long‑term BU performance
  • Own and manage the BU investments agenda (TMI & BMI), supporting Brand Marketing & CSP on key initiatives
  • Support the CSP Lead in shaping international negotiation mandates for key retailers (e.g., Lidl, Kaufland)
  • Lead the BU’s full NRM agenda and act as NRM champion, building capability across BB/CSP/CBD teams
  • Deliver continuous insight‑to‑action analyses including pricing, promo, and strategic recommendations for CBD & CSP
  • Drive collaboration with 1U/EU teams through NRM community engagement
  • Own the BU data & insights agenda in partnership with CMI & CATMAN teams
  • Provide customer, shopper, and category insights and lead data‑driven storytelling
  • Serve as expert user of Nielsen, GfK, RetailZoom, Dunnhumby and other data tools
  • coach and upskill colleagues
  • Own all NRM‑related inputs into IBP, including the NRR agenda

Requirements

  • Strong analytical capability with advanced skills in data interpretation
  • Deep understanding of internal finance management and full P&L dynamics
  • Proven ability to translate customer & shopper insights into actionable recommendations
  • Practical experience with key NRM levers (pricing, promo, PPA, channel strategy)
  • Strong influencing and leadership capability in cross‑functional environments

  • Experience with major market data platforms (Nielsen, GfK, RetailZoom, Dunnhumby)
  • Experience working with cross-market or multi-functional teams
  • Prior exposure to BU, CSP or commercial strategy roles
