Job Description

We are looking for a talented Performance Marketing Specialist who are passionate and know-how the process of building scalable and secure functionality on top of the Performance Marketing platform. You will be associated with a qualified and experienced pool of people with whom you will build correlations by sharing your experience and growing your capabilities.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive qualified traffic, generate leads, and maximise conversions through the effective planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns, with a particular focus on PPC advertising
  • Achieve target CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) metrics while aligning campaign strategies with overall marketing objectives and business goals
  • Continuously improve campaign performance by analyzing key metrics, testing new strategies, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices
  • Develop and implement comprehensive PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising channels
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and ad creative optimization to maximize campaign performance
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Set up tracking and attribution systems to accurately measure and report on campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align performance marketing efforts with overall marketing objectives and business goals
  • Continuously test and iterate on campaign strategies and tactics to improve KPIs such as CTR (Click-Through Rate), conversion rate, and ROI
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing to maintain a competitive edge
  • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting campaign performance and actionable recommendations for optimization
  • Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support campaign execution and achieve objectives
  • Stay abreast of changes in search engine algorithms, advertising policies, and data privacy regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks

Requirements

  • Min. 2 to 5 years experience in Performance Marketing Specialist
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on PPC advertising
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads
  • In-depth understanding of PPC principles, ad targeting options, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization techniques
  • Experience setting up and managing tracking and attribution systems to measure campaign performance
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on continuous improvement and optimization
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Economics, or a related field

Nice to have

  • Google Ads certification and experience with other digital advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) are a plus
  • Additional certifications or coursework in digital marketing, performance marketing, or PPC advertising are highly desirable and may be considered as an asset
