Job Description

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Web Subscription business. This role sits at the core of our growth engine and is responsible for scaling acquisition across Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a strong focus on profitability, experimentation, and long-term value. This is a hands-on role for someone who has already operated at scale, is comfortable managing 8-figure monthly budgets, and understands how performance marketing works in subscription-based businesses. You will work in a cross-channel environment (Search + Social), closely connected with Product, Data, Creative, and Lifecycle teams, and contribute directly to the growth of some of our most relevant Web products.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and scale performance across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Discovery) and Meta Ads for Web subscription products
  • Manage and optimize 8-figure monthly budgets, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and profitability
  • Drive acquisition with a strong focus on LTV, CAC, payback and cohort performance, not just short-term CPA
  • Design and run experimentation roadmaps across channels, creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
  • Collaborate closely with Creative teams to build and iterate high-impact creative testing loops
  • Work with Product and Lifecycle teams to improve onboarding, conversion, retention and renewal flows
  • Analyze performance at a granular level and translate insights into clear, actionable decisions
  • Contribute to the launch and scaling of new acquisition channels (e.g. TikTok, Reddit, new discovery formats) as part of a cross-channel strategy
  • Act as a senior contributor within the team, helping raise the bar in execution, thinking and best practices

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads at scale
  • Proven ownership of 8-figure monthly budgets in performance marketing environments
  • Deep understanding of performance fundamentals: bidding, auction dynamics, incrementality, attribution, experimentation
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance beyond surface metrics
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Nice to have

  • Background in subscription-based businesses (Web or Apps)
  • Familiarity with LTV models, cohorts, churn, renewals and payback periods
  • Experience launching or scaling new paid channels beyond Google and Meta
  • Exposure to CRO, funnels and lifecycle marketing

What we offer

  • Flexible career path with personalized internal training and an annual budget for external learning opportunities
  • Flexible schedule with flextime
  • Option of working full remote or from our Barcelona office
  • Free Friday afternoons with a 7-hour workday
  • 35-hour workweek in July and August
  • Competitive salary
  • Full-time permanent contract
  • Top-tier private health insurance (including dental and psychological services)
  • 25 days of vacation plus your birthday off, with flexible vacation options—no blackout days
  • Office with free coffee, fresh fruit, snacks, a game room, and a rooftop terrace
  • Ticket restaurant and nursery vouchers, paid directly from your gross salary
