Job Responsibility

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimisation of performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising
  • Have exposure to Meta, Apple Search ads, TikTok and mDSPs
  • Help drive key business goals such as acquiring new customers, increasing orders, and boosting app installs through your supported channels
  • Support the team by monitoring campaign data, creating weekly reports, and contributing to in-depth analyses to identify optimisation potential
  • Assist the team in creating and running A/B tests for creative assets, ad copy, and campaign setups to enable continuous improvement and learning
  • Learn to leverage our automation tools and bid management strategies to help improve account performance and efficiency
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners, nurturing positive relationships and sharing insights with key stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a digital marketing role
  • Direct exposure to managing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads is a must
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail and a data-driven approach
  • A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented approach with a genuine curiosity for the latest innovations in digital marketing
  • Excellent communication skills in English
