Performance Marketing Specialist

• Develop and execute paid search, social, and retargeting campaigns
• Conduct keyword research and audience analysis to identify relevant targets
• Create and optimize ad copy and landing pages
• Manage significant campaign budgets and bids to maximize ROI
• Track and analyze campaign performance, and report on key metrics
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in paid search, paid social, and retargeting
• Collaborate with other members of the Performance Marketing team to share knowledge and best practices
• Work with other teams across the company, such as Product and Brand Marketing, to ensure that our campaigns are aligned with our overall marketing goals

• 3+ years of experience in paid search and retargeting
• Strong understanding of paid search and retargeting platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads and Criteo
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization as well as spreadsheet mastery
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Google Analytics and GTM is a plus
