We are looking for a highly driven Digital Marketing professional with strong expertise in Performance Marketing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns to drive measurable business outcomes such as leads, conversions, and ROI.
Job Responsibility:
Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels
Drive lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth
Monitor key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
Perform A/B testing on ads, creatives, landing pages, and audiences
Manage and optimize marketing budgets efficiently
Collaborate with content, design, sales, and growth teams
Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, GTM, and reporting dashboards
Prepare detailed performance reports and share actionable insights
Requirements:
4+ years of overall experience in Digital Marketing
Strong hands-on expertise in Performance / Paid Marketing
Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
Experience in conversion tracking, pixel setup, and tag management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Nice to have:
Experience in B2B / SaaS / IT services marketing
Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and remarketing strategies
Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
Exposure to tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Hotjar
