We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to help drive the next stage of our customer acquisition. In this role, you’ll be managing paid search and paid social campaigns, working across Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, and more. You’ll be hands-on in building, optimizing, and scaling campaigns — using data to guide decisions while also contributing to the creative strategies that power performance. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working end-to-end: from writing and testing ad copy and creatives, to shaping full funnel media buying strategies. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and have the opportunity to shape how we grow and engage with our customers.
Job Responsibility:
Managing paid search and paid social campaigns, working across Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, and more
Building, optimizing, and scaling campaigns
Writing, testing, and optimizing ad copy
Working closely with Growth, Product Marketing, and Design teams to develop effective campaigns
Leading the creative learning agenda, focusing on performance acquisition, creative strategy and development
Writing converting creative briefs for UGC creators and in-house Design teams
Managing and directing static/video editing reviews
Driving continuous innovation by integrating creative performance insights, creative trends, and customer insights
Conducting creative research through platforms like Ads Library
Exploring and applying AI tools for generative creatives, ad copy, and workflow improvements
Requirements:
3+ years of experience working in a performance marketing team at a brand or agency
Hands-on keyboard experience with managing and optimizing paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Experience in building out full funnel campaigns (Brand Awareness, Consideration, Conversion, Retargeting)
Demonstrated ability in managing paid media budgets, along with forecasting and budgeting for paid media channels
Proficient in translating data into insights using tools like Google Analytics
Native-level fluency in German with proven ability to write high-converting German ad copy and adapt campaigns for German-speaking audiences
Experience in directing creative teams, agencies, and UGC creators
Knowledge of digital marketing technologies, media buying strategies, and how to impact performance marketing critical metrics with campaign optimizations and creative strategies (CPA, CVR, CTR, etc.)
Outstanding organizational skills and experience with project management systems
Experience in using Google Analytics or equivalent analytics platforms
An experimental mindset and curiosity about applying AI tools in marketing workflows
Nice to have:
Experience with creative analytics platforms such as Motion
