We're looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to own our paid advertising efforts in the Canadian market. Reporting to the Growth Marketing Lead, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management and optimization of our paid marketing campaigns including Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more as our marketing mix evolves. This is a hands-on role where you'll execute campaigns, analyze performance, and drive measurable business results. You'll work alongside our Growth Marketing Lead to build a comprehensive paid acquisition strategy for the Canadian market.
Job Responsibility:
Own and execute paid marketing campaigns including audience targeting, creative testing, budget management, and ongoing optimization
Develop and test audience segmentation strategies to reach HR decision-makers, business owners, and other key personas
Collaborate closely with the Growth Marketing Lead to align paid marketing efforts with broader acquisition goals
Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reporting on key metrics
Recommend strategic improvements based on data insights, platform updates, and market trends
Partner with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creative that resonates with the Canadian market
Stay current on platform changes, new features, and industry best practices in paid social and programmatic advertising
Manage relationships with platform reps and external vendors as needed
Contribute to budget planning and provide input on channel investment decisions
Requirements:
4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes (leads, pipeline, revenue) through paid channels
Deep knowledge in campaign structure, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion optimization
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in analytics platforms and associated tools (Google Analytics, platform-specific dashboards, BI tools, Excel/Google-Sheets)
Self-starter mentality with the ability to own campaigns end-to-end with minimal oversight
Growth mindset with a persistent openness to learn, develop and improve
Excellent communication skills and ability to translate performance data into clear recommendations
