Partnering with a market-leading international consumer brand to recruit a Performance Marketing Specialist who will help shape and optimise e-commerce performance across multiple European markets. Job Responsibility

  • Manage and optimise paid digital campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display, Social and Affiliate channels
  • Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Monitor key marketing KPIs including ROAS, conversion and customer acquisition
  • Produce insightful reporting and recommendations for stakeholders
  • Work alongside specialist agencies to maximise campaign effectiveness
  • Support marketing budget management
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Europe to deliver best-in-class digital marketing

Requirements

  • 2-5 years' experience within Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing
  • Experience across Google Ads, Paid Social, Shopping or Affiliate Marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with marketing data
  • Google Analytics experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, curious and commercially minded approach
