Job Responsibility
Manage and optimise paid digital campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display, Social and Affiliate channels
Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth
Monitor key marketing KPIs including ROAS, conversion and customer acquisition
Produce insightful reporting and recommendations for stakeholders
Work alongside specialist agencies to maximise campaign effectiveness
Support marketing budget management
Collaborate with colleagues across Europe to deliver best-in-class digital marketing
Requirements
2-5 years' experience within Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing
Experience across Google Ads, Paid Social, Shopping or Affiliate Marketing
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with marketing data
Google Analytics experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, curious and commercially minded approach
