Job Description

As our Performance Marketing Specialist, you will join our Growth Marketing team to drive impact across the NL/BE/PL/SK (Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, and Slovakia) region. You will Lead by owning Paid Search performance, Deliver through commercial targets like app installs, and Care by collaborating in our inclusive team environment. This is an exciting opportunity to support performance campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display while helping us empower every food moment around the world.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the planning and execution of performance campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
  • Drive excellence by acquiring new customers and boosting app installs through supported digital channels
  • Deliver impactful results by monitoring campaign data and providing in-depth analysis for optimisation
  • Lead continuous improvement through A/B (Split) testing of creative assets and ad copy
  • Leverage advanced automation tools and bid management strategies to improve account efficiency
  • Nurture positive relationships with internal teams and external partners to share performance insights

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with direct exposure to managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to performance
  • A proactive "test and learn" mentality with curiosity for the latest digital marketing innovations
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Adaptability and a team-oriented approach to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Experience or exposure to platforms like Meta, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, or mobile Demand Side Platforms (mDSPs)

Nice to have

Proficiency in Dutch, French, or Polish is a bonus
