You will join the Performance Marketing team, a department that uses data-driven marketing strategies to drives growth for the Atlassian portfolio. We collaborate closely to ensure ad campaigns deliver measurable business impact.

Job Responsibility

  • Execute advertising strategies across digital platforms without error
  • Implement advanced targeting techniques across ad networks
  • Troubleshoot platform and data issues, ensuring compliance with industry standards
  • Research API documentation from third-party vendors in the ad tech stack
  • Report outcomes and present results to stakeholders, demonstrating advertising efforts' value and impact
  • Research ambiguous questions to create actionable milestones for the ad tech roadmap
  • Communicate technical problems clearly to help leadership and stakeholders make data-informed decisions
  • Maintain interest in new technologies, trends, and regulatory changes in the digital ad ecosystem

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital advertising, media buying, or a related field
  • Expertise in Google Tag Manager
  • Advanced knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and other web technologies critical to ad operations
  • Proficiency in SQL as used in data extraction and reporting
  • Experience solving complex technical problems
  • Self-motivated, curious, and detail-oriented with a passion for problem solving and collaboration

Nice to have

  • Experience with B2B advertising
  • Experience with programmatic real-time bidding (RTB) ecosystems
