We are looking for a highly driven Performance Marketing Manager who can take ownership of driving measurable growth for our clients. This is not just an execution role you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building data-driven strategies, and ensuring their successful implementation across digital channels. You will work closely with clients, Account Managers, and internal teams to scale eCommerce businesses, optimize customer journeys, and improve key performance metrics such as traffic, conversions, and revenue. The ideal candidate is someone who thinks beyond campaigns, understands the complete growth funnel, and can translate insights into impactful business outcomes.
Job Responsibility:
Own end-to-end digital growth strategy for client accounts, focusing on revenue, ROI, and scalable performance
Work with clients and Account Managers to understand business goals and translate them into actionable growth plans
Design and execute full-funnel strategies covering acquisition, conversion, and retention
Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SMM, email marketing, and retargeting
Continuously analyze performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, and conversion rates to drive decision-making
Lead experimentation initiatives, including A/B testing, funnel optimization, and audience segmentation
Collaborate with designers, developers, and content teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment
Build performance reports, dashboards, and present actionable insights to clients and stakeholders
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and growth strategies to maintain a competitive edge
Ensure a high level of client communication, ownership, and accountability in all deliverables
Requirements:
4-6 years of experience in performance/growth marketing
Proven experience in scaling eCommerce or Shopify-based businesses
Strong understanding of key growth metrics such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, and conversion optimization
Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools like GA4 and GTM
Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush) and email marketing platforms is a plus
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions
Excellent communication and client-handling skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders
High ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver measurable results
Proactive, result-oriented, and continuously driven to improve performance
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field
Nice to have:
Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush) and email marketing platforms is a plus
