Job Responsibility:
Own end-to-end performance marketing across all paid channels
Run a disciplined testing program & allocate budget confidently
Deliver incremental pipeline growth & hit targets
Build layered, multi-product campaigns to drive net-new lead growth
Surface and act on early signals
Turning insights into high-converting ads
Make clear, data-backed recommendations on where to double-spend
Requirements:
Experience managing $1M+ annual media budgets across multiple channels
Zero-to-one channel builder
Deep B2B attribution expertise across long, multi-touch cycles
Analytical and decisive—comfortable pulling insights from tools like Looker, Mixpanel
Metric decomposition ability
Solid experiment design process
Creative collaborator
Nice to have:
Previous experience optimising for contacts, accounts in a B2B environment with longer sales cycles
Experience running both outbound account-targeted (ABM) and inbound campaigns
Hands-on with conversion lift experiments, control groups, or MMM
Experience testing offline acquisition methods (ie, direct mail)
