Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our performance marketing campaigns. This role requires a strong command of B2C paid social advertising, creative strategy, team leadership, and conversion optimization. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketing expert with proven experience in managing paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok platforms, as well as knowledge of email marketing and CRO strategies.

Job Responsibility

  • Design, implement, and optimize performance marketing strategies for B2C paid social campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok to achieve ROI and growth objectives
  • Analyze campaign performance, leveraging insights to optimize ad spend, targeting, and creative output
  • Integrate email marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with paid strategies and best practices
  • Manage and mentor a team of media buyers, creative specialists, and CRO experts
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and performance excellence within the team
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and professional development of team members
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad creatives and copy that drive user engagement and conversions
  • Implement A/B testing for creative elements, ensuring high-performing visuals and messaging
  • Lead initiatives to enhance landing page performance, improve user experiences, and increase conversion rates
  • Develop and test hypotheses for ongoing CRO improvements
  • Establish and build scalable processes for creative production, paid search, and social media marketing campaigns

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven social ads management experience with a strong focus on B2C campaigns
  • At least 3 years of experience managing campaigns on Meta and TikTok platforms
  • Demonstrated expertise in email marketing best practices and multi-channel campaign integration
  • Advanced knowledge of social and search ads platforms, campaign analytics, and performance optimization
  • Proficiency in CRO techniques, including A/B testing and landing page optimization
  • Strong creative and copywriting skills
  • Active Meta Certification for advertising professionals
  • Active TikTok Certification in advertising
  • Proven ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams
  • Track record of building efficient workflows and processes for creative production and performance marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on driving measurable results
