This time, we’re on the lookout for a Performance Marketing Manager who will be working with Joe from our Marketing team. We are seeking a driven Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of our paid social activity across key platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging social channels) and lead the end-to-end process of sourcing, commissioning, and leveraging content from creators and influencers for paid campaigns. You will work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and deliver measurable sales growth. This role requires a proactive, commercially minded individual who can operate at pace, make data-driven decisions and influence across teams, including senior stakeholders and Board-level colleagues.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and scale paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
Develop and execute acquisition strategies to drive growth
Own budgets, KPIs, and campaign P&Ls
Plan, test, optimise, and analyse paid social performance
Lead end-to-end influencer and creator sourcing, briefing, and management
Ensure all creative aligns with brand guidelines and platform best practices
Track, analyse, and report performance across multiple markets
Deliver insights to improve efficiency and results
Work closely with Creative teams, agencies, and platform partners
Identify and test new growth opportunities across channels and formats
Track, analyse, and report on performance metrics (CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, etc.) across the UK, US, Germany, and emerging markets
Requirements:
Expert knowledge of paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
Strong Excel and reporting skills
Understanding of audience segmentation and personalisation
Experience with product feeds and e-commerce integrations
Tag management experience is beneficial but not essential
