Job Description:

The Performance Marketing Manager supports the delivery of Prezzee’s global acquisition and performance marketing plan, driving customer growth and measurable business outcomes across B2B and B2C audiences. Reporting to the Head of Marketing – Global Acquisition, this role is responsible for analysis, execution and assisting with the management of paid and organic activity, ensuring activity is insight-led, efficiently managed, and aligned with global strategy.

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute multi-channel performance marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, SEO, programmatic, display, and video to drive acquisition and engagement
  • Monitor and optimise daily campaign performance to budget and efficiency targets
  • Work closely with our media and SEO agency partners – briefing, reviewing performance, approving creative, and ensuring timely delivery
  • Support SEO implementation (metadata, on-page optimisation, content publishing) and contribute to CRO testing and landing page optimisation
  • Produce performance reporting, analyse results, and provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate with global and regional cross-functional teams (Brand, Content, Product, Sales) and senior stakeholders
  • Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and spend tracking across paid media and agency activity
  • Contribute to go-to-market planning and support expansion into new regions

Requirements:

  • 5–7+ years in performance or digital marketing
  • Proven track record of driving acquisition and revenue growth across both B2B and B2C markets
  • Hands-on experience planning, executing, and optimising multi-channel campaigns (PPC, social, display, email, programmatic, affiliates, SEO)
  • Strong analytical capability, using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, and other reporting platforms
  • Experience managing budgets, agency relationships, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experienced in SEO execution and optimisation with CMS experience
  • Skilled in campaign strategy, planning, creative briefs, presentations, and post-campaign performance analysis
  • Understanding of customer acquisition funnels, conversion rate optimisation, and lead generation strategies across digital channels
  • Experience scaling campaigns across multiple regions or markets
