Job Responsibility:
Launch, QA, and refine campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, or Snap
Manage precise budget pacing and allocation
Manage client expectations proactively
Use fluency in attribution and measurement to explain performance
Craft weekly performance narratives
Collaborate with creatives on new hooks
Leverage relationships with platform reps to access new features
Requirements:
3+ years in performance or growth marketing
Experience with Meta, Google, or TikTok Ads
Solid business acumen
Comfortable managing strict budget pacing
Strong measurement fluency (understanding attribution, tracking, and reporting nuances)
Experience running app campaigns is a plus
Ability to turn CAC, ROAS, and complex metrics into clear stories
Mindset to thrive in an environment where testing, learning, and iterating quickly is the norm
