The Performance Marketing Manager plays a key role in delivering and strengthening our performance marketing offering through client-facing work. This role partners directly with clients to lead performance discussions, guide investment decisions, and translate data into clear, confident recommendations. Working closely with our leadership, strategy, delivery, creative, data, and commercial teams, you’ll help clients drive measurable growth through customer journey mapping, SEM and paid media, demand generation, and account-based marketing. As a trusted performance marketing partner, you’ll connect media performance to real business outcomes and build strong, lasting client relationships.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead client-facing performance marketing engagements, planning and executing multi-channel campaigns across SEM, paid media, demand generation, and account-based marketing to drive measurable outcomes
  • Translate client goals and customer journeys into effective channel strategies, budgets, and campaign structures
  • Own day-to-day SEM and paid media performance, continuously optimising campaigns to improve efficiency, scale, and results
  • Lead and execute demand generation and ABM initiatives, working with internal teams and clients to reach and engage high-value audiences
  • Partner with strategy, creative, data, sales, and client service teams to deliver integrated, high-performing performance programs
  • Lead performance reporting and client discussions, turning data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Help shape and improve our performance marketing approach by sharing learnings, refining processes, and supporting best practices

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media, ideally in an agency or multi-client environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Deep hands-on expertise in SEM and experience managing paid media across search, social and ad network platforms
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys and funnels, with experience planning and executing demand generation campaigns
  • Experienced with account-based marketing (ABM), particularly in B2B or high-value sales environments
  • Strong analytical skills, including conversion tracking, performance reporting, and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
  • Proven ability to lead client-facing performance marketing engagements, confidently advising clients, presenting insights, and collaborating across strategy, creative, data, and commercial teams
  • Self-driven, organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

Nice to have:

  • Experience managing performance marketing programs with $500k+ in annual paid media spend, with accountability for pacing, optimisation, and results
  • B2B, SaaS, or high-annual contract value client experience
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and ABM tools
  • Experience developing data-driven marketing dashboards in tools like Lookr Studio and Hubspot
  • CRO, landing page optimisation, or A/B testing experience
  • Familiarity with GA4, server-side tracking, attribution, or CRM/marketing automation integrations
  • Multi-market or international campaign experience
  • Expertise in marketing in the Health & Life-Science, Energy & Utility, and Manufacturing industries
  • Experience mentoring junior team members or leading team growth
