You are the voice of our company. You plan what we say, when we say it, and how. You work directly with the founders. You sit in on BD calls when venues and event operators come on board. You know what's launching next week before it launches because you helped shape how it goes out. This is not a post-and-report job. It is a build-and-own job.
Job Responsibility
Content calendar - plan a month in advance, know which events are going live, what stories we can tell around them, what Pune is talking about that week, build the calendar, brief the team, execute against it
Instagram and WhatsApp - manage both with the same level of intent
Meta ads - run Pune-targeted campaigns, know the difference between brand awareness creative and conversion creative, manage a monthly ads budget and report what worked and what didn't with numbers not feelings
Influencer and community outreach - find the Pune trekkers, football players, weekend explorers on Instagram, build real relationships not transactional ones
Performance reporting - monthly numbers on followers, reach, engagement, ad spend, cost per install, not a dashboard dump an actual read on what moved the needle
Brief the content creator - you plan it, he shoots it, you review it, you post it
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in marketing, growth, social media, or community-building roles
Experience working with a startup, or high-growth business
Strong understanding of content strategy, community building, and digital marketing
Comfortable running Meta ad campaigns and interpreting performance data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to think beyond aesthetics and focus on positioning, storytelling, and growth
Someone with strong opinions, good judgment, and the confidence to challenge ideas when needed
