Job Description:

Addepar is seeking a dynamic and commercially focused Performance Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This role will be responsible for driving the geographical expansion and success of Addepar across our EMEA and APAC regions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive Growth through Performance Marketing: Develop and execute performance marketing strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and engagement
  • Drive and execute comprehensive marketing plans to support geo-expansion including go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities
  • Lead Multi-Channel Campaigns: Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns covering all channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth
  • Track, analyse, and report on the performance of performance marketing programs
  • Content Creation: Working with our in house Studio Team create compelling design and copy to support campaigns, events or other activities
  • Enhance the delivery of our third-party conference participation and our own client events: Work with our events team to plan and implement conference participation
  • Help define our regional conference and events programme, execute against it, and track commercial return on investment
  • Optimise the tracking and reporting through Salesforce
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to create and deliver joint marketing initiatives
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders
  • Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
  • Leverage Marketing Technology: Working in partnership with marketing operations, utilising marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing campaigns

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Substantial experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the financial technology or software industry
  • Proven experience in managing and executing marketing campaigns bringing together multiple marketing channels (digital, content, events, social, media etc.)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a results-driven approach
  • Proactive and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn new skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Willingness to travel when required
  • Applicants must have, and maintain, the right to work in the United Kingdom from the first day of employment
