Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy focused on high-quality customer acquisition, ROI, and Lifetime Value (LTV)
Own and manage a substantial paid media budget, strategically allocating spend across channels to maximize growth
Provide hands-on management of all paid media campaigns, including SEM (Google Ads), Paid Social (Meta, X, TikTok), and Programmatic/Display
Drive user growth through expert App Store Optimization (ASO) and app install campaigns across iOS and Android
Manage the full campaign lifecycle, including audience targeting, creative testing, bidding strategies, and landing page optimization
Partner with the creative team to ensure a continuous pipeline of high-performing, compliant ad creative
Rigorously monitor and analyze key metrics such as CPA, CPC, CTR, and ROAS to inform optimization decisions
Present detailed performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management
Identify and implement new tools, attribution platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adjust, AppsFlyer), and innovative ad formats
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field
5+ years of hands-on experience in a performance marketing or paid media role, specifically within e-commerce or high-volume transaction businesses
Proven track record of managing media budgets in excess of R500k per month
Highly data-driven and proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, with a strong understanding of marketing measurement and attribution models
Expertise in A/B testing methodologies for both ad creative and landing pages
Excellent skills with the ability to articulate complex performance data into clear, actionable insights
