Multi-million-dollar annual paid media spend
AI-driven operating leverage
Creative and audience testing
Measurement and attribution
Performance reporting
Cross-functional alignment with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Lifecycle, Creative, and Marketing Operations
Requirements
5+ years running and scaling paid performance campaigns at high-growth B2B SaaS, developer tools, or consumer tech companies
Demonstrated AI-native habits
Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads, Google Search and YouTube, and LinkedIn Ads
A track record managing $1M to $5M+ in annual paid media budgets
Fluency in data and analytics and storytelling with campaign data
Strong copywriting instincts and taste in performance creative
Clear written and verbal communication
A bias for action
