Job Responsibility:
Lead comprehensive performance marketing strategy, ensuring the successful deployment of paid, and organic search campaigns
Develop and manage prospecting, existing account expansion and remarketing strategy for digital channels that drive results
Utilize your SEO expertise to drive organic growth to drive business impact in the ever-changing search landscape
Oversee and optimize budgets and campaign performance across platforms, achieving strong return on investment (ROI) and customer acquisition cost (CAC) goals
Identify new digital opportunities to exceed performance targets
Lead cross-functional collaboration, including design and content, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives
Track performance metrics, report results, and adjust strategies for traffic across key accounts and conversion KPIs
Manage our paid and SEO agency to ensure optimal budget spending
Consistently present performance insights and recommendations
Requirements:
5-7 years relevant experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, technical fields, or equivalent experience
Proven experience in managing performance marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Linkedin, and funnel campaigns) in a scale environment
Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems, ideally Salesforce
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analyzing marketing performance and adapting strategies accordingly
Deep understanding of SEO technologies and trends, including AI's influence on search behavior and emerging voice-search capabilities
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Collaborative approach with a willingness to work as part of a team
Experience with essential SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and screamingfrog
