As a Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll own performance across a portfolio of clients on the Spanish market. Your job is simple to describe (and demanding to execute): drive net revenue growth and lead generation, while keeping a sharp eye on volume, quality and margins.
Job Responsibility:
co-forecast monthly business with your Account Manager, deliver on revenue targets, track volume/quality/margin
diagnose what’s limiting performance, build action plans (launch / test & learn / scale / churn risk), and scale via new channels/angles/tactics
be the paid media expert and the business partner (goals, metrics, strategy)
test new lead gen mechanisms (channels, conversion UX), roll out new features, contribute to playbooks
Requirements:
5+ years in performance marketing (agency or advertiser) — strong hands-on Search and/or Social
Solid Lead Gen experience and campaign optimization reflexes
Strong data / deep-dive mindset (Looker, SEMrush, etc.)
