As the Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Media), you will drive the strategy, optimization and reporting of our paid media campaigns to support key marketing initiatives and business goals. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of campaigns across multiple digital channels including search ads, social media advertising, display, and programmatic platforms. This role requires expertise in performance marketing with a focus on LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital advertising channels to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and conversion optimization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, marketing partners, and global agency teams to ensure our advertising efforts deliver maximum return on investment (ROI) and support our growth objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Develop, execute, optimize and report performance marketing strategies across search engine marketing (SEM), paid social, display advertising, and programmatic channels
Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns using 6sense and other similar platforms
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns are strategically planned, properly set up, and launched on schedule
Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to identify new opportunities and inform campaign strategy
Manage daily campaign budgets across all channels to maximize performance and ensure efficient spend allocation
Track, measure, and report on campaign performance against established KPIs including CPC, CPM, CTR, conversion rates, lead quality, and ROI
Execute continuous optimization through A/B testing of ad copy, creative assets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and landing pages
Stay current with platform updates, new advertising features, and performance marketing best practices to drive campaign effectiveness
Develop comprehensive performance reports and insights to inform strategic decisions and demonstrate campaign impact
Utilize analytics tools to track user behavior, conversion paths, and attribution across multiple touchpoints
Provide data-driven recommendations for budget allocation, audience targeting, and campaign optimization
Serve as primary point of contact for advertising agencies, technology vendors, and platform representatives
Partner with internal stakeholders, business leads, content, creative, and regional marketing teams to ensure integrated campaign execution and messaging alignment
Educate internal stakeholders on performance marketing best practices and platform capabilities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
3-5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably in B2B or commercial real estate environments
Expert-level proficiency in LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and Google Ads with demonstrated success in campaign optimization and performance improvement
Strong understanding of programmatic display advertising platforms such as Google Display Network, The Trade Desk, or similar DSPs
Ideally experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, including strategy development, execution, optimization, and reporting using 6sense and other similar B2B platforms
Experience with additional digital advertising channels including YouTube Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and emerging social platforms
Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and marketing attribution platforms
Strong analytical skills with proven ability to translate data insights into actionable optimization strategies
Excellent project management capabilities with experience managing multiple concurrent campaigns
Fluent in English, written and spoken, and a collaborative team player
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM integration considered a plus
