Our client, a fast-growing Tech company, is looking to recruit a proactive Performance Marketing Executive to join their team in London. The role will need someone who is proactive and wants to be a part of a fast-growing team.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Paid Social (ideally)
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google ads

  • Analyze performance data and funnel metrics to continuously refine targeting, messaging, and channel mix
  • Balance growth with economics: ensure campaigns are unit-economically sound, optimizing for CAC, LTV, and payback period
  • Develop strong cross-functional alignment with Product, Sales and Tech to create cohesive, conversion-driven customer journeys
  • Establish marketing analytics dashboards to track KPIs (leads, CAC, funnel conversion, ROI, velocity)
