Job Responsibility

  • Drive the optimization, efficiency, and effectiveness of performance marketing strategy, management, and execution
  • Set up in-house planning and buying (SEA, display, affiliates, video, paid social)
  • Lead, plan and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Work closely with the digital marketing function
  • Build out the marketing automation & advanced analytics capability in close collaboration with analytics teams
  • Optimization of tasks in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising: From keyword research to writing ad copy and optimizing existing campaigns
  • For Social Paid, define operational activities such as the creation of target groups and campaigns with the help of various social tools
  • Participate on various impact projects as SME, e.g. opening up new markets or preparing our sale communication
  • Ensure Metyis and its clients are always on the forefront of new trends, updates, and market realities

Requirements

  • 6+ years’ experience managing Paid Marketing campaigns across different channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic/Display) with clear performance metrics
  • Experience managing paid advertising budgets
  • High proficiency of Paid Social, Programmatic/Display, Paid Search and CRM platforms
  • Experience mentoring digital marketing professionals
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Experience building data-driven paid media marketing plans
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable with large sets of data and numbers
  • Has a proven track record of delivering multi-year business growth through scaling paid media campaigns
  • Fluent English - Verbal and written
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
