At Diesel (Milan) we are looking for a Performance Marketing Internship with a strong analytical mindset to support the team in leading Paid campaigns at a global scale. He/She will be part of the E-commerce Department, reporting directly to the Digital Marketing & Analytics Manager.
Job Responsibility:
Support in designing, implementing, and optimizing Paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and Microsoft Advertising
monitor KPIs, creating in-depth reports
collaborate with SEO, CRM, Media, Analytics, and Content teams to integrate Paid activities into omnichannel strategies
support in running A/B tests and continuously improve targeting, creatives, and performance
Requirements:
Degree in Digital Marketing or similar
background in fashion/luxury/e-commerce is highly valued
previous experience in agencies or structured companies managing multi-platform paid campaigns is considered a plus
strong knowledge of Office Package
knowledge of Google Ads and other Digital platforms will be considered a plus
strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work with large datasets
fluent English
native or advanced Italian
the knowledge of other foreign languages is considered a plus
