We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Expert to join our Growth team and help drive and scale our paid advertising. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role for someone who thrives in a high-performance environment and wants to raise the bar every day. You’ll own planning, execution, testing, optimisation, and reporting across multiple channels, with a strong focus on impact, efficiency, and measurable results.

Job Responsibility:

  • Set up and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, Apple Search Ads, X, Reddit or other channels
  • Ensure our martech stack enables best-in-class tracking, attribution, and reporting to support our growth
  • Continuously improve performance through testing of creatives, copy, audiences, keywords, bidding strategies, and campaign structure
  • Explore and validate new channels and campaign types
  • Build clear documentation & reports to showcase your work beyond top of line metrics

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of marketing technology platforms, including integrating tools and processes to drive optimisation and automation
  • Deep understanding of best practices for campaign structure, bidding, ad copy, creative, and extensions
  • Proficiency with Google Ads products and programmatic advertising
  • Technical knowledge of Google Tag Manager, MMPs and CDPs
  • Strong analytical ability to track, interpret, and present data clearly
  • A habit of staying on top of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities
