We are looking for experience Performance Marketing Executives to increase business growth through performance marketing campaigns achieving ever better ROI, conversions and growth.
Job Responsibility:
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant channels
Design digital performance campaigns aligned with business goals (sales, leads, app installs, revenue)
Manage paid budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, and placements to maximize ROI and campaign efficiency
Monitor campaigns daily and optimize performance to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, CPM, and overall results
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, audiences, landing pages, and offers to improve conversions
Ensure accurate conversion tracking and reporting via GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Events Manager, and UTM tagging
Give clear direction and inspiration to creative teams in developing engaging concepts and high-performing ad creatives (video, static, carousel)
Analyze campaign and customer data to identify trends, customer behavior, and scaling opportunities
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights, learnings, and action plans
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e-commerce/sales/CRM/customer support) to improve funnel performance and campaign outcomes
Requirements:
2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media roles
Experience in retail, e-commerce, D2C, marketplaces, or consumer brands preferred
Proven track record of managing performance budgets and delivering ROI-driven outcomes
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
MBA (Marketing / Digital Marketing / Analytics) preferred
Knowledge of performance marketing principles and full-funnel digital marketing concepts
Knowledge of AI Driven campaign optimisation
Knowledge of paid media platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.)
Experience with SMM tools (Hootsuite, Sprout, Sprinklr), marketing automation platforms (Eloqua, Marketo) and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce)
Knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution models, and analytics frameworks
Knowledge of retail / e-commerce customer journeys and purchase behavior
Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO fundamentals
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Hands-on experience with paid media platforms and analytics tools
Understanding of creative performance drivers (visuals, messaging, formats)
Reporting and dashboarding skills
Performance and outcome-oriented mindset
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Proactive approach to testing, learning, and optimization
